Most of our interviewing is conducted face-to-face with a split between in home and central location depending on study specifications.
Occasionally, we will also conduct telephone interviewing however low telephone penetration in most West African countries causes this to be an option for special target groups only.
.DATA PROCESSING
The RMS Group has its own well equipped in-house data processing (DP) department which is manned by well experienced DP executives and managers.
The three major offices; Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana, house their own DP staff and as well as servicing their home country they also deal with the data for other African markets closest or most relevant to theirs.
The pool of data entry personnel in Nigeria and Cameroon is over 25 in each country, this facilitates quick turnaround of the data capture process and gives us the ability to run multiple shifts when necessary.
